STANDARD SHIPPING

In-stock orders typically ship within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Processing time is separate from the courier’s delivery time.

Credit-card verification may delay dispatch. Orders paid by e-transfer before 12 p.m. Toronto time may ship the same day. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Use our order tracking page to check your shipment. Monitor your tracking for courier updates and arrange for someone to receive your package. For the latest delivery status or to discuss rescheduling, contact the courier directly.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Same-day delivery is available in Toronto and surrounding areas, subject to availability. Contact us through website chat or email before checkout to confirm availability for your address and the delivery fee.

Delivery fees vary by location and are paid separately from your order. Same-day and next-day delivery orders require bank e-transfer payment.

After placing your order, provide your full name, order number and delivery address through chat. Someone must be available to receive the delivery.

UBER DELIVERY

Uber delivery is available subject to driver availability and confirmation with our team before checkout. The delivery fee is based on Uber’s quote for your trip, is separate from your merchandise total and is the customer’s responsibility.

We will make sure your package is placed with the Uber driver and share the live trip-tracking link with you.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number, monitoring the tracking link and ensuring someone is available to receive the package. Contact us promptly if a delivery issue occurs.

LOCAL PICKUP & PAYMENT

Please wait until we notify you that your order is ready before coming to collect it. Pre-orders are not available for immediate pickup.

Same-day and next-day pickup require bank e-transfer payment. Send e-transfer payments to payment@sparklentwist.com.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders have different delivery timelines from in-stock items and are not available for immediate pickup. Please read our Pre-Order Policy for payment, estimated delivery and mixed-order shipping details.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by local customs authorities. Customs clearance may delay delivery. We provide shipment documentation but cannot control customs processing times.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the courier for delivery details. You can also email us with your order number for assistance.

As stated in our shipping policy, Sparkle N Twist Boutique & Beauty Bar Inc. is not responsible for missing, lost or stolen packages after the courier marks them as delivered.
