Order Processing
Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours. Orders placed Friday-Sunday and holidays will ship out the following business day. Due to a possible credit card verification, your order may be subject to a delayed shipping date. Orders can be shipped the same day as long as its placed before 12 pm EST and paid by EFT.
International Orders
Please note, all international packages (Outside of Canada) may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Please keep in mind that your item must first clear customs. Depending upon volumes at customs, delays may occur. Unfortunately, if your item is stuck in customs, we are unable to intervene but we will ensure we provide all necessary information to avoid any potential delays.

If you are not available to accept your package at the time of your scheduled delivery date, please contact the courier to arrange for a time that works best for you.
