SAME DAY DELIVERY
SAME-DAY UBER DELIVERY
Local delivery is available in Toronto and surrounding areas, subject to availability. Contact us through website chat or support@sparklentwist.com before checkout to confirm your address, timing and delivery fee.
UBER DELIVERY
Uber delivery is available subject to driver availability and confirmation with our team before checkout. The delivery fee is based on Uber’s quote for your trip, is separate from your merchandise total and is the customer’s responsibility.
We will make sure your package is placed with the Uber driver and share the live trip-tracking link with you.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number, monitoring the tracking link and ensuring someone is available to receive the package. Contact us promptly if a delivery issue occurs.
PAYMENT & ORDER DETAILS
Same-day and next-day delivery orders require bank e-transfer payment. Delivery fees are paid separately by e-transfer. Send payments to payment@sparklentwist.com after confirming the amount with our team.
Provide your full name, order number, complete address and contact number. Delivery times are estimates and depend on availability.
