BOOKING PREFERENCE
This appointment will be informative on how to structure your business and secure business credit. 
  • 15 minute grace period and then your appointment will be cancelled, in which you will have to rebook for another day. No exceptions are made to this rule.
  • If your appointment is cancelled of your own fault, only 50% of your booking fee will be returned.
  • Be sure your email is correct, as we send the address via email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

In light of COVID-19, once items leave our location. Items will be non-returnable & non-exchangeable. All sales are final.

PRE-ORDER

Items purchased on PRE ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.

Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order.

DIMENSION & SIZING

Most items are true to size. However, we have many clients with different silhouettes. Therefore we cannot guarantee sizing, we advise you to book a fitting session from the drop down menu or visit our location by appointment only.
